Print Craft operates as a made-to-order printing service. All products are custom printed based on customer-provided specifications such as design, size, color, and quantity. Hence, our cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

  • No Cancellation: Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances as production begins immediately for custom-printed items.
  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds or returns for any orders once confirmed and processed.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: In case the product received has a manufacturing defect or printing error from our side, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photo or video proof.
  • Resolution: After verification, we may offer a reprint or replacement at our discretion. Monetary refunds will not be issued.
  • Resolution Timeline: Approved cases will be resolved within 5–7 business days.
